The Wapen van Zoetermeer, "Nostalgia of In de Drie Hooibargen"
The beautiful authentic building has been a beloved location for celebrating weddings for decades. All the ingredients for a successful and memorable wedding day are present: a unique location with a beautiful ceremony room, a unique outdoor wedding venue, atmospheric halls, various terraces, an excellent kitchen, very spacious parking for all your guests, and outstanding service with warm hospitality. Are children coming to the wedding too? They can fully enjoy themselves in our large play attic!
History
Farm de Vier Hooibargen has been a household name for 250 years! Everyone knows our location as the farm named “In de Drie Hooibargen.” This refers to the three hay barns that have been preserved on our property. Originally, there were actually four. Pieter Lugtigheid had the farm built in 1769. His initials and the year of construction are engraved in a facade stone. The hay barns and the farm have always been preserved and are a municipal monument. After the war, the farm was converted into a party farm, and it still is today. The three monumental hay barns were rebuilt in 2016 and are now used as an authentic place for a wedding ceremony, BBQ, buffet, reception, or drinks!
Weddings, parties & events
We attach great importance to personal attention and are therefore interested in your wishes and expectations. We will then create a program together with you and make a corresponding all-in quote, so you know exactly what to expect in advance. On some days, we ask for a minimum spending. We would love to invite you for a no-obligation introduction and tour. We are available daily, 7 days a week between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Please feel free to contact us!

24 Mei zijn wij getrouwd bij het Wapen van Zoetermeer. Wat een fantastische locatie, alles is mogelijk, denken met je mee, vriendelijk personeel. Vanaf begin zijn we vriendelijk ontvangen door Britt en Francis, echt 2 toppers, altijd tijd, vriendelijk en ook gelachen. (Toch Britt hahaha) We kunnen niks negatiefs zeggen over onze dag, alles was perfect! Nogmaals bedankt!! Liefs Leon & Wendy Baan
Op 21.05.2025 zijn wij bij het Wapen van Zoetermeer getrouwd. We zijn zeer goed geholpen. De voorbereidingsgesprekken waren erg prettig. We kregen altijd zeer snel reacties en antwoorden op de vragen. Last minute wijzigingen werden zeer snel opgepakt. Heel prettig contact met het personeel op de dag zelf. Prachtige locatie om onder de hooibarg te trouwen. Diner was zeer goed en er was meer dan voldoende eten!
Op 15 mei 2025 hebben wij ja! gezegd bij Het Wapen van Zoetermeer. Ruim een jaar van te voren hebben wij datum en locatie vast gezet en vanaf het eerste moment altijd super fijn contact gehad! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, denkt erg mee en eigenlijk is niks te gek! Onze dag was perfect, waarbij speciale dank aan Francis en Dylan die alles voor ons in de puntjes hebben verzorgd!
Vanaf het begin was het contact heel fijn en we kregen snel antwoord op onze vragen. Het team is professioneel en er werd altijd meegedacht met ons. Op de dag zelf verliep alles perfect. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en de timing van alles was echt top. De locatie is sfeervol. Het trouwen onder de hooibargen was super! Bedankt Francis en Britt voor het fijne contact en natuurlijk ook het hele team bedankt!
