The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all group reservations*: - In case of cancellation more than 3 months before arrival, the customer is not obliged to pay the reservation value and the cancellation can be processed free of charge. - In case of cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 15% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel. - In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel. - In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel. - In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel. - In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel.
