How wonderful that our wedding venue is a potential candidate for one of the most beautiful/unforgettable days of your life.

The Brielse Boer is a location with a rich history. For generations, the Rodenburg family has farmed and conducted business from the Ondernemingspolder, located in Zwartewaal. In addition to arable farming, there has always been another line of business on the property. This is how the Brielse Boer came into being. In the years 2021-2022, the monumental farm shed was transformed into a gathering and event location. We preserved the authentic atmosphere while equipping the building with modern conveniences. Huge concrete-look walls, wooden beams, and atmospheric windows alternate with trendy hanging plants, black cladding, and all the comforts of today.

Since May 2023, we have been an official wedding venue of the municipality of Voorne aan Zee. Celebrate your entire wedding day at the Brielse Boer so you don’t have to rush to get to the next place. This way, you can fully enjoy your day!

The decor? You completely determine that yourselves! Because this way, it truly becomes your unique venue that meets all your wishes and fits your style. 
We have our own furniture, which we think fits beautifully in the location. Comfortable seating with a slightly robust look. 
But if you prefer a different style, we are happy to assist you and have many contacts and examples to help shape your dream venue together. 

We are also happy to tailor the catering to your wishes. A reception with a treat, toasting with cocktails, shared dining, a BBQ, or maybe a food truck, with the wedding cake as dessert? It’s all possible. 
For this, we work with a fixed caterer. This ensures that there is quality and service available. Since we only work custom-made, we have the flexibility to cater to your specific needs for the nourishment of your guests. 

On this special day, you and your guests will receive exclusive service. The location and the team are entirely at your disposal, as we always host only one group of guests at a time. 

The Brielse Boer officially consists of one space, but the thoughtful layout of this location brings only possibilities and allows the venue to be naturally divided. With the restrooms and an office placed in the middle of the barn, many cozy corners and opportunities arise to make optimal use of the space in various ways. 

Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony can take place in the largest section we call 'de Tas' (read the description of the indoor spaces to find out where this name comes from). With the beautiful wooden beams and concrete-look walls, very little is needed to style this area. You can hold a ceremony for twenty to as many as one hundred and ten guests seated in a theater arrangement. If you want to make your ceremony even grander, there are definitely possibilities for that as well. 
With movable furniture, we can make this space as cozy as we want.

Toast

After the wedding ceremony, it’s time for the Cake & Toast. Depending on the season in which you are getting married and other preferences, this first toast moment as an official couple takes place on the terrace, 'de Koestal,' or 'de Dorschvloer.' All guests enjoy a snack and drink while you receive congratulations for your fresh marriage. 

Dinner

The wedding dinner is one to never forget. The Brielse Boer works with a caterer. Together with them, you will create the dinner that meets all your wishes. Truly everything is possible due to the enormous diversity in how the barn can be used. Do you want a beautiful long table in 'de Koestal'? Or would you prefer round dining tables in 'de Dorschvloer' or in the wide part of 'de Inrij'? Prefer a more informal setting with a walking dinner? No problem! In the lovely summer months, a small food truck festival on the terrace with cozy shade sails is also possible!

Party Evening

After the wedding dinner, it’s time for a party evening. Will you choose a relaxed evening on the terrace with fire pits and lights, or go for a rocking party in the barn with your own band or DJ? Even for the party evening, the catering can be supplemented with special elements, creating countless possibilities for an unforgettable night. 

Photoshoot

For beautiful wedding photos, you don’t have to leave the farm. Both indoors and outdoors, there are various unique spots to capture your unforgettable day. For example, take pictures by the vintage tractor from 1959 or have your photos taken outside in front of one of the characteristic walls of the monumental barn. If your photographer uses a drone, that is also possible.

If you become very enthusiastic after receiving our initial information, we would love to meet you for a viewing. 
In advance, you will receive a questionnaire from us so we can prepare well. We often hear that the questionnaire helps the couple get started on their journey to marriage. 
If all wishes are as clear as possible after the viewing, we will get to work to put together a quote for you. 

Price Indication

The price indication as shown here on Top Wedding Venues is based on the celebration of a wedding from start to finish at the Brielse Boer. During the day, there are 50 guests present up to and including dinner, and for the evening, another 50 guests join. In the evening, there will then be 100 guests. 
Ceremony, cake & toast (reception), dinner, and party, everything takes place at our location. 
For each component, we have calculated the average price per guest based on the above composition. 

Of course, it is also possible to hold only the ceremony with us. Or to get married elsewhere and then come to us to celebrate. 
The costs for this will differ from the average indicated prices. 

In Conclusion
