About the space
The Kemenadekamer exudes charm and history. The name refers to the old word ‘kemenade’, which means both ‘hearth room’ and ‘women's quarters’. When the castle served as a training center in the 20th century, the director affectionately called this room her ‘kemenade’ – and that name has stayed. This warm and intimate room is perfect for a moment of peace, preparation, or a personal meeting on your wedding day.
